Finding Ferdinand is looking for a Loyalty Program Coordinator to join our team. This position can be remote with occasional team meetings in our headquarters in Hudson Yards Manhattan. You will drive efforts to boost customer engagement and retention across our growing customer base. You have a strong knowledge of customer communication channels including social, email and paid.
Develop and execute campaigns and promotions for our existing customers and partners
Work on partnerships with our Ambassadors to execute campaigns/promotions
Work with the creative team to execute imagery and collateral to communicate the campaigns
Strong analytical and attention to detail with a commitment to driving the success of programs.
Ability to prioritize and work in a fast paced environment with changing priorities
Use of Slack, Google Drive, Dropbox, Asana, and Planoly
Identify areas for process improvement and work cross-functionally to implement
Passion for beauty, especially color cosmetics
Relevant work experience in beauty or related industries
Candidate should be sharp, motivated, independent, detail-oriented, and be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Understanding of social media and marketing principles
