Once your order is placed, it gets batched into a queue and our team based in New York City begins to make your color/ assemble your palette

This process can take between 5-9 business days

Ships Out To You

At checkout, you have the option to select your delivery service. If you choose the basic delivery, it can take between 3-9 business days. If you choose RUSH - then it will arrive in 2-3 business days
