Best Beauty Looks from The Met Gala 2017

The first Monday in May may just be any old boring Monday to some people, but to many it is one of the most important nights in fashion -- The annual Met Gala! At this event, the red carpet is way more fun than most because attendees are encouraged to go with an avant-garde look.

There's always a connection between fashion and art at the Met Gala, and this year's theme, "Rei Kawakubo/Commes des Garçons: Art of the In-Between" was no exception. But while the event is more focused on fashion, we couldn't help but notice these four eye-catching beauty looks.

Zendaya's Artsy Orange Look

First up is Zendaya who KILLED IT from head to toe. She basically looked like a painting which is all too appropriate for a night at the Met. She could not have picked a more perfect lip color for her look. Not to mention, orange and coral lip shades are totally trending right now.

Here are a few FF products you can use to get Zendaya's look:

Selena's Edgy Pop of Pink

Here we have Selena who rocked some bold eyeshadow. We love how her look starts with a light shimmer on the inside corner of her eye and then deepens dramatically into a loud fuchsia across the lid going out into a winged finish. We like how she kept her cheeks and lip neutral to make sure all attention was drawn to her eyes.

Mandy's Purple Shadow

Mandy Moore has made a comeback in a big way (who else watches 'This is Us'??). This was her first year at the Met Gala and she definitely shined. We think her striking purple eyeshadow was the perfect accent to her all black ensemble.

Here are a few items you can use to get Mandy's look:

Rihanna's All-Over Blush Look

Saving the best for last, we have Rihanna. I think we can all agree that she is basically the queen of the Met Gala (see her iconic looks from past years). Everyone always waits to see her look and she definitely did not disappoint. We love all the pink tones in her dramatic eyeshadow and blush. We also love how she went all out on the highlighter and we can't forget about her berry lip which was the perfect finishing touch.

Here are a few FF items that you can use to create a look inspired by Riri:

Even though a lot of these beauty looks were made for the Met, they can still be used as inspiration for an everyday look. The Met Gala always gives us some fun beauty inspiration. Tell us what some of your favorite looks were in the comments below!
